Admission Process

Follow the steps below to apply for the entrance auditions
We welcome talented young musicians from all over the world who wish to join the Pernoo School of Musical Performance for an intensive and highly personalized training programme.
Admission is open to cellists demonstrating exceptional musical and technical potential, regardless of nationality.
  • ✓ Applications are accepted year-round, subject to available places.
  • ✓ All courses are taught in English or French.
  • ✓ The Pernoo School of Musical Performance is based in Paris, France.

Application Procedure

1. Complete the online form

Please fill out the information carefully!

2. Confirm your application

Once the form has been submitted, you will be redirected to the payment page to complete your application deposit.

Applications are considered complete only upon receipt of the application deposit.

The application deposit will be fully credited toward tuition fees upon enrollment.

3. Submit your audition video and biography

After payment, we will ask you to email us a short biography and a link to a recent video including two contrasting works of your choice.

4. Online interview

Applicants selected after the video screening will be invited to take part in an individual online interview.

During this interview, they will be informed whether a place is offered, and under what conditions:

  • Type of programme
  • Duration of studies
  • Possible scholarship opportunities
